Part 66+ Terms of Use

1. Part 66+ is a personal record-keeping tool for aircraft maintenance engineers. It issues, endorses and validates nothing, and it makes no representation to any authority. Your records are yours, as with a paper logbook. You are responsible for their accuracy.

2. Your account is yours alone. Keep your sign-in email secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently removes your records and account from our servers.

3. Sharing is optional. Nothing is published unless you choose to share it. When you share a post, comment or profile, other engineers using the app can see it.

4. No tolerance for objectionable content or abuse. Do not post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene, misleading, or that infringes anyone else's rights or privacy. Do not post another person's personal data without their consent. We remove such content and suspend or delete the accounts responsible, without notice.

5. Reporting and blocking. Any post, comment or profile can be reported from its menu, and any engineer can be blocked. We review reports within 24 hours and act on them.

6. The app is provided as is, without warranty, to the extent the law allows. Airworthiness Limited is not liable for loss arising from your use of the app or from reliance on records kept in it.

7. We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

8. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
